1. Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery, and it will be treated as a return.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
